Our trainees among the top 10!

At the IHK awards ceremony for the best trainees from the 2014 and 2018 graduating classes, Intentive trainees were also able to take to the stage to receive a personal pat on the back from the President of the Middle Lower Rhine Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

In the three years of their apprenticeship, our IT specialists really work hard - and regularly achieve top marks. A place in the list of the top 10 best IT specialists from the IHK region is nevertheless always something special.

The IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein region comprises a network of around 80,000 companies located in the Krefeld, Mönchengladbach, Rhein-Kreis Neuss and Viersen regions. With more than 4,800 trainees tested in around 190 professions, it was not easy to stand out from the crowd.

Quality of apprenticeships at Intentive has been repeatedly complimented

In addition to the award for the best trainees of a year, since 2006 the companies that have contributed to the success of their trainees have also been honored. After all, one requires the other. For this reason, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) has repeatedly praised the quality of Intentive's apprenticeships due to our special and exemplary commitment to training young people.

This success confirms that we are on the right track with our promotion of young talent. Intentive has recognized that there is no need to fear demographic change if you invest in and train young talent with vision and sustainability.
