Report any information, observations, grievances, safety deficiencies, hazards or risks that could affect our company or the well-being of employees or third parties.
Compliance with laws, ethical standards and rules is part of Intentive's self-image. Failure to comply with laws and regulations can result in damage to our company, our business partners and our employees. You can use our whistleblower system to inform us easily about misconduct or violations and thus contribute to their detection.
The whistleblower system may not be used for false accusations and the reporting of knowingly false information is prohibited by law and punishable by law.
In the course of processing reports, questions often arise which we can only clarify with your help and which may be decisive for further action. We would like to encourage you to state your name in the report and assure you of confidential processing in accordance with the statutory provisions - your identity will only be disclosed to the persons responsible for processing your report. Only in exceptional cases, for example in criminal proceedings at the request of the criminal prosecution authorities, will information about the identity of a whistleblower or persons who are the subject of a report be disclosed. However, we also respect your decision if you do not wish to provide us with your name and wish to remain anonymous - please note, however, that if you are unable to contact us, it may not be possible to process your report or only to a limited extent.
Please note that our whistleblower system is not intended for complaints or queries about services or products - please contact the relevant departments for this. We have also set up a separate process for data protection issues and concerns.
