The corporate website is an important marketing tool for juris: the company's digital products and services are presented on juris.de to the target group of legal professionals and legal users, product highlights are presented in detail and industry-specific solutions are offered.
The old website, which had grown over the years, had become confusing and users found it difficult to find the solutions relevant to them. As part of a comprehensive branding process supported by the B2B agency RTS Rieger Team, the product portfolio was structured more clearly in terms of specialist areas and sectors and displayed on the website. A more emotional visual world and new texts round off the website.
With the frontend designed by RTS and implemented by Intentive according to current technical best practices, the website is now also fully responsive and can be optimally read not only by the specialist audience on any end device, but also by search engines.
A new consulting tool uses a few simple questions to determine the main topics of the respective user and offers them a needs-based selection of product recommendations and services from the juris portfolio. Once the user has found products that interest him, he can add them to his shopping list and order or test them later.
Relaunch juris.de
Based on the FirstSpirit CMS, we relaunched and functionally expanded the corporate website of the leading online portal for legal and practical knowledge in Germany. As part of continuous development, the platform is now being successively expanded on this basis - together with the client's web and IT team.
NEW USER EXPERIENCE
EXTENDED FUNCTION
The existing FirstSpirit CMS, which has been tried and tested for many years, was supplemented in the course of the relaunch by the powerful search for FirstSpirit, which enables fast access and short navigation paths on juris.de as an alternative to the likewise optimized navigation.
With the introduction of FirstSpirit's own personalization engine (Intelligent Content Engine - ICE) and Content-as-a-Service (CaaS) for API-based access to editorial content, important foundations were laid during the relaunch for further planned expansion stages and additional future channels.
The function of the store system, which is closely integrated with the website, had top priority during the relaunch of juris.de - new and existing customers use it to order their products and services. In addition, juris.de is also the first point of contact for existing users to work with the research portal. Close cooperation with juris' internal staff has resulted in a clean integration of the technically decoupled systems.
In addition, juris wants to be able to customize marketing campaigns and carry out personalized, controlled and analyzed campaigns more easily through the integration of CRM, newsletter and marketing automation tools. As part of the relaunch, the technical foundations for this were created on the corporate website, which will be further expanded and integrated with the corresponding backend systems in parallel projects in the continuous development that immediately follows.
Despite the ambitious timeline, this relaunch was pleasantly unagitated. Together with our internal team and the agency RTS, Intentive made a technically sophisticated contribution to our fundamentally revised corporate website in a very short space of time. In close coordination, new requirements were implemented flexibly, competently and in a friendly manner - we appreciate that!
